Course Description
This course will address the pillars of Transitional Justice, the principles underlying the TJ process, international examples of the practical implementation of TJ process and the relevance of TJ to the Sri Lankan context. The main contents of the course includes Introduction to justice, truth, justice, reparations and and non-recurrence.The course is mainly designed for individuals who are interested in transitional justice and have a motive to learn more on it.
